NY Yankees metrocard set of 4 was sponsored by Modell’s sporting goods chain. All cards has the same circulation of 250,000. All were sold separately wrapped in plastic at vendors stores with different denomination encoded on magnetic stripe.

First card shows 1999 home game schedule. This card was issued as Fan Pass (one day unlimited – $4 at the time).

Second card features colours if Yankees jersey and a slogan: “Home and away – the best”. This card was encoded with $6.

Third card shows an image of Yankees celebrating a win. This card was encoded with $15.

Fourth card has images of 4 key players from 4 games played in World Series of 1998: Tino Martinez, El Duque, Scott Brosius, Andy Petite. This card was sold as one week unlimited card ($17 at the time).

This set of 3 metrocards sponsored by abcnews.com featuring cards with funny messages about world famous dignitaries. All cards had circulation of 50,000. All cards clearly state that they are sponsored by ABCNEWS.COM and have slogan “Ready when you are…” at the footer.
